how it works

you shoot it. I edit it.

The sad truth is - even when you have the best intentions and tell yourself you are going to edit together all of those lengthy clips of the trip/birthday party/Thanksgiving dinner, life gets in the way.

Somebody gets sick. Work picks up. Months go by and you forget how good the trip really was and why you wanted to remember it so badly.

Let me do the hard part, friend!

You shoot, I edit. You live, I help you relive - for years and years and years….

BUT...

BUT...

“I’ll just make a video, I have a laptop and an iPhone”

I truly do believe anyone can make a video - but I also believe that not everyone has the time or mental space to focus on it, especially when there is technical know-how involved too.

Even the best intentions can be thwarted by work obligations and busy school days and general life chaos. Let me take this off your plate, k??

“My clips won’t be good enough”

First of all, you probably shoot waaayyy better than you think - and your unique vision is so important! Secondly, I will send you a short and sweet PDF Guide to help polish up your skills before the trip/holiday/etc. I think you’ll be pretty amazed at what you’ll be able to capture.

“I’ll just take photos - I don’t need video”

Video is truly a living, breathing time capsule of a moment in time. Photos are incredible as well - don’t get me wrong - but they unfortunately can’t recreate the joy of hearing your 4-year-old’s laughter before they grow up, or the sun-kissed, love-drenched way you looked at each other on your honeymoon.

Plus, why not both?!!

You can still capture those framable photos throughout, but adding in some video clips truly changes the game.

video = watching your favorite comfort movie

photos = reading a book

Sometimes you just really crave the movie ;)
